Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

techpicksio.com ("we," "us," or "the site") publishes gear guides and reviews for mobile filmmakers. This page explains what information we collect, how affiliate links work on this site, and how to reach us with questions.

What We Collect

We don't currently ask visitors to create an account or sign up for an email list. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers beyond what's described below. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and performance purposes, which is normal for any website.

Affiliate Links & Amazon

techpicksio.com is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon.com. When you click an Amazon link on this site and make a qualifying purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Once you leave our site and land on Amazon (or any other third-party site we link to), that site's own privacy policy and cookie practices apply — not ours. We don't control what data Amazon or other linked sites collect.

Cookies

This site itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Third-party sites we link to, including Amazon, may set their own cookies once you click through.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this page as the site grows. Check back periodically for changes.
